Delete your account

In the app

Open Flagsweeper, go to Settings and tap Delete account, then confirm. This is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including your gamer tag as stored by us.
• Your skill rating, win counts and leaderboard entries.
• Your friends and invites, and your notification token.
• Your games: waiting searches are cancelled and games in progress are forfeited (your opponent is credited with the win). Finished games disappear from your list; your opponent keeps seeing them, with your name replaced by "Deleted player", until they remove them or 24 hours have passed.

Server logs that may contain your IP address are deleted on their normal schedule, described in the privacy policy. Signing in again afterwards creates a new, empty account.

Cannot open the app?

If you no longer have the app installed, reinstall it, sign in with the same Google Play Games or Game Center account, and delete the account from Settings. If that is not possible, email us from the address linked to your request and include your gamer tag: flagsweeper@rogiedevelopment.nl. We will delete your data and confirm by reply.
